Running for Kicks was started by marathon runner Mel Diab in 1997. He had a simple goal - to promote fitness and create a community of experienced and aspiring runners.
We are not loyal to any shoe company and we focus on your foot structure, your history of injuries and training goals.
We offer training guidance.
We lead weekly group runs.
